The Harry Devlin Commendation Award
was presented by the Westfield Historic Preservation Commission
 

In 2003, The Harry Devlin Commendation Award was conferred on Barbara in recognition of her years of work in historic preservation and her commitment to design excellence. This was the only instance of  an individual receiving the award personally.
